Pulping system
Main equipments: pulper 1m3 11KW, Vibration screen 0.9m² 3KW, Consistency controller, Mixer, Auto sizing system, pulp pump, water pump, control cabinet for pulping system
Forming system
Main equipments: consist of 2pcs of forming platens and 1 pc of transferring platen. 3pcs of 30-cell egg tray molds can be mounted on each forming platen(4pcs/cycle).There are 6pcs of forming molds and 3pcs of transferring molds in total. Equiped with Vacuum auto drain system, auto cleaning system for the forming mold, preheating system and auto control cabinet.
Drying system
Main equipments: single layers conveying chain; heated concentratedly;one burner with international famous brand;The enery of option: LPG,nature gas, diesel oil. Equiped with auto control cabinet.
Stacking system
The finished products will be counted and stacked automatically after drying
Height limit pressor
