Main introduction

Forming system
Main equipments: consist of 8pcs of forming platens and 1 pc of transferring platen. Platen size: 1100X470MM; 3pcs of 30-cell egg tray molds can be mounted on each forming platen(4pcs/cycle).There are 24pcs of forming molds and 3pcs of transferring molds in total. Forming efficiency:11-12cycels/min.Equiped with Vacuum auto drain system, auto cleaning system for the forming mold, preheating system and auto control cabinet.
