2. Forming system
Consist of 8pcs of forming platens and 1 pc of transfering platen. Platen size: 1450 x 470mm. 4pcs of 30-cell egg tray molds can be mounted on each forming platen(4pcs/cycle).There are 32pcs of forming molds and 4pcs of transfering molds in total. Forming efficiency:13-15cycles/min;equiped with vacuum auto drain system, preheating system, auto cleaning system for the forming mold and auto control cabinet..
3. Drying system
Outline dimension:18000x2120x4200mm;6 layers conveying chain;heated concentratedly;one burner with French or Italian brand;The energy for option: LPG,GAS,diesel oil,Equiped with auto control cabinet.
4. Stacking system
The finished products will be counted and stacked automatically after drying.
5. Height limit pressor
It will press and make the products more co***ct after stacking so that storing and transporting will be more convenient and cost-effective
6. Subsidary Equipments
Vacuum pump, 55KW/1 set; air compressing system: air conpressor(15KW/1 set),air dryer;air filter and air storage tank.
